Thanx for asking this question....there is no line count target to achieve the rate mentioned...Night shift rate is applicable only if you work full time night shift ..not for split shifters...and when any MT works full night shift, he can easily do at least 500-1000 lines in a shift (easily achievable).
what that means. If we cross 15-20,000 lines per month in night shift you will pay 1.40 ?? or need to cross 30,000 lines. Please mention clearly.
