To differentiate between good company and bad company, one of the method is if a company issues Form 16A, they are good companies and reliable ones as the company pays tax to the Central Govt and IT department.
Let me know how many companies issue Form 16A. Just ask the company. If yes, then join that company only. Quite few companies do that only. The companies who issue Form 16A or Form 16 are reliable ones. I do hope message is clear for candidates. Can the company come out and give the statement that they do issue Form 16A. Can they? I guess only few are willing to take this.
This will also help the good companies to stay clear of the bad ones. It is not just paying taxes but the company is accountable and will be held responsible if any untoward incident occurs. I hope I am correct and hope this is helpful for both good companies and candidates, one of easy method to judge if company is reliable or not. Do not issue any statements or provoke anyone irrespective of anything. Stay clear of unwanted controversies.
