In my years of medical transcription i have seen companies only assigning easy files to a particular few and not to experienced and hardworking people. if no partiality, i hope everybody can earn a reasonable amount in this industry if not a big enough, but this is not happening here...do u know in their absence the line count was massive to me in the leaves of dasara and deepavali, such files were not at all coming to me..in fact i did 1500 lines in just 6 hours in their absent leave, then consider who were doing such files, how massive would be the line count, which were coming to me in their absence and not to me generally, though it has been shown in pool...now you tell me sir, who is playing the game? we MTs or the company itself.....in this site if the company is not one-sided, it is going to pool a huge collection of employees, be it a small or big organization; it is we who ask not to be partial and then everybody vouching for you...
