Please do not joint this company.  This is another fraudster.  This company is the verge of closing their operations.  Most of their In-house staffs and HBTs left because of non-payment of salary and/or very late payment.  If u work for Nov 1st to Nov 30th, you will receive your salary only by end of January 2016 or even later or might not get it.  All that 40K is bakras to lure MTs and make them fall in their trap.  Please do not fall for this 40K and lose your happiness by joining this company.

How you can put the word fraudster to the genuine company like Blue Matrix, we are into Business from last 14 years. Our payment is late but we pay and it has been discussed with candidates before hand and we don't force them to join if they are ok with the payment date then only they proceed for the further proceedings

Dear Members this fellow has all wrong information we are not closing any of our Units Operations and all 3 units are running successfully and we are bringing more and more Business

Yes many started earning and 40k cheques are released in the name of HBTs and  also they are earning above 40k , if you dont want to believe, it is up to you.

Hello!!!!!!!!!!! From where you got this rubbish news we pay the November  1st to 30th November payment in December and not at the end of January, it can be end of December.

What ever you have Quoted is completely wrong and meaningless from where you get this wrong and silly information? and how dare you quote it in Forum against one genuine and professional Company.

We have all decent staffs working with our company and many of them are still working with us from last 12 + years and all are happily doing their jobs.  You are mentioning all wrong information and influencing the members and misleading them.

In this way you are polluting the environment unnecessarily and also every one knows what this Industry is and how this Industry runs and all are cautiously doing their jobs employers and employees too.

You dont have any Business  so you keep on commenting against one or other Company.




@ Blue matrix:  Yes you are right many joined, but all left coz of ur non-payment and how dare you are posting in forum again and again, to cheat more people?    I dare you to reply to this post and not to delete this post as you did with your previous posts . I can prove with 8 to 10 members who left ur company coz of late and/or nonpayment and your rude management, can you deny this?

Blue Matrix cant become bread and butter earner for whole life to all the staffs working with it.  Blue Matrix has right to discontinue the staffs who have not followed the discipline and if anybody wants to leave Blue Matrix wont stop them it is staffs wish and we are Ok with their wish and

Again wrong information:- All left ( Still we are having 100+ staffs working with us and you are saying All left,  8 to 10 members left the job it doesn't prove that Company is  closing down.  

In which world you stay!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Company wont close by loosing 8 to 10 members, many of them joined too, Do you have any record of who joined in which Unit?

I agree for late payment but I dont agree for non payment and rude management.


The staffs who left are asked to come and collect their last salary as per Company's norms, we call them and ask to collect cheque all the management level are very soft spoken and has decent approach

The staffs who vanish from other day with out information and dont even reply for calls and dont want to share the reason for leaving! must have left and for those staffs we cant help if they dont follow the discipline of notice period and other norms then it is good to discontinue for their betterment and also for us



Plz dont do this to anymore. each and everyone in this forum or outside is working hard in this MT field to earn their daily bread and not that they have lot of money and just working as an hobby .

Hello !!!!!!!!! You are talking, as if anybody will join Blue Matrix means he will be trapped in our cage and we are unable to feed him. If we cannot feed the staffs then why still 100+ staffs are working with us any reply for this ????

Employer dont have any role( who brings in business and maintains the infrastructure, gives A/C and sound proof environment along with all comfort level to MTs and QA's all the necessary eatables are provided on their desk itself, in this he wont spend money, he don't care for employees , if we dont care then why many joined with us and still many are eager to join, they all are getting handsome salary here in Blue Matrix.

We are aware of MTs and HBTs and they are working with us happily we too are happy with them for this the proof is we run all 3 units successfully without any hindrance.
