Finally, MTs on Facebook are wanting to do something about the stagnant rates paid to MTs by forming a union. I would like to see the butts of the hiring companies kicked from here to USA. These MTs are in mutual agreement that the rates are stuck for the past 10-15 years and that we need to do something about it. It is nice to see more and more MTs wanting their grievances addressed.
Anybody interested in participating from this forum? Or are we all going to continue whining and cribbing about our miserable situation instead of at least trying to do something? Worse still, are we going to snipe at each other and bitch about it all the time?
Remember, all it needs is the desire for change and for that change to happen, people need to come together and become a force which simply cannot be ignored. History is replete with movements which has brought about the desired effect thought a lot of sweat and tears.
Any of you interested in speaking up, do go over to Facebook and let's kick some ass or at least come forward with constructive ideas as to how we in this forum can contribute.
One more thing...the pen is mightier than the sword...I hope all of you know this and a good strong case will be definitely heard from the powers up if presented properly backed up a good number of MTs.
Also remember, the government has been increasing salaries for public sector workers and so we should bring to their attention that this particular private sector field has been thoroughly exploited and needs looking into.
