The fable of The Fox and the Grapes:

Driven by hunger, a fox tried to reach some grapes hanging high on the vine but was unable to, although he leaped with all his strength.
As he went away, the fox remarked 'Oh, you aren't even ripe yet!
I don't need any sour grapes.

Rather than admit his failure to reach the grapes, the fox rationalises that they are not really desirable.

Now this story is not to hurt anyone's feelings on the forum... but an introspection and a challenge.

QAs not capable of delivering client-ready work need not bother - even if you somehow get through the testing and join us, our quality process will take care of identifying weak links and dislodging them - making way for a more stable work place for deserving staff.

Self-motivated, self-driven QAs are welcome to test.
Candidates who may have failed the test the first time can reapply in 3 months...
