the rates are poor and in no way it is beneficial to MTs.

Consider for example, 60 minutes =600 lines therefore for 26 days 26*600=15600 lines

even if we put 1.50 rs per line the salary comes 15600*1.5=23400, but you are only paying 19k.  but now  the market rate is 1.80 to 2.30 per line....kindly revise your rates...If the dictation is fast, it will affect MTs in turn.

The QA  and mt rates seem very old..

The QArate comes to 50 p line which is ridiculous.
