Approx Pay:  Fixed salary+Night shift allow+Prod inc+Quality inc+
Attendance allowance+dinner for night shift employees
Shift Timg: Day and Night

Work Experience: 
1. For direct MTs, min 3 to 5 years experience (Min 98.5% accuracy)
2. For QCs, 5 plus years experience as QC (Min 99% accuracy)

What is the pay for Direct MTs and QCs.  How about the deductions, weekly auditing, month-end auditing, etc..etc..HBTs preferred?

For direct MTs target 500 lines, salary 22k+incentives as mentioned above.. No weekly/monthly auditing except client feed back. Min 98.5% accuracy.

For QCs 1000 lines 24k+incentives+allowances as mentioned above..  Min accuracy 99% needed. 

No HBTs encouraged, only in-house empolyees.
