If no pick option is given to particular MTs and no easy jobs are alloted to particular MTs, if all are well being, they will take care of the clients...Kindly companies to try if it is possible. The attrition will be continued unless and until this is not ruled out. My words may be naive, but the fact is old and strong, as one should register his own views despite it being mocked by others or some thing else....I am talking about all the companies. The biggest threat is this of this industry, which needs to be waned for the sake of MTs, companies, to reduce errors, and every one should walk on air.
