@soapnote
"no-ungli" guarantee that's all I can say....that is the work culture in our company...
do what is needed and live in peace...
I can only say that we have a very capable team and managers, who know what they are doing.
Managers don't get paid to kill someone's incentive... they too need to do lines to earn their living.
Audits are random and transparent, each audited job with compares is provided to the QA... each error is contestable and the management is responsible to give a proper explanation for every query or reverse the error if not justified...
There is equal opportunity for growth, we have managers who did not know anyone in the organization (acquaintance), but were elevated from QA to take up managerial positions, just because of their performance...
The quality deduction in iData is probably the most moderate you can find in the industry...
No deduction for 98.5 to 99%
98.0% =< Quality < 98.5% -0.08
97.5% =< Quality < 98% -0.13
97.0% =< Quality < 97.5% -0.18
Quality below 97% -0.23
but believe me, such QAs cannot survive for long with us... we do not believe in paying low and keeping QAs who do not deliver client ready work.
If you are self-disciplined and self-motivated to work, without too much supervision (ungli), I urge you to give us a try and decide for yourself...maybe (as a special case) even as a part-timer...
