I have said enough in multiple posts... really don't care what someone quoted, there are many other quotes that can apply for various situations...
We do not have line slabs anymore... all lines (from line #1) are paid the same rate.
quality and proof rate deductions are moderate and won't hurt much... comparing a lot of methods used by other companies...
Rest is for experiencing as a part of the team or one can comment from the outside... and that really does not matter.
