As far as incentives after achieving targets, they pay 150 paise for 1 minute of dictation proofing. If you proof 15 minutes extra, you will get 22 rupees extra. For that you have to work nearly 75 minutes more
whereas deductions, their deductions are great. If auditors found any mistake, you can expect 75 to 150 rupees deduction from your monthly salary, which is a fixed one
