anand33Please can any home MTs working in companies like Nuance, Mmodal, Transcent MT Services etc tell about how much incentives they get? They say that basic salary such and such and line one incentive? Does they really pay the incentives from line one or that is dependent on some hidden quality criteria etc? I want to know how much total monthly one can get with 6 years of MT experience? How much lines one can do with those companies per day? How are the dictations?
Forget about the incentives, deduction for errors and other things, if they provide stable work flow (jobs) to HBT's, that will be the 8th wonder of the world.

Most of the accounts are spanish, chinese, mexicans and you will be able to do 400- 700 lines initially and then after few months 1000 lines, depends on you. Earning is minimum 15 K after all deductions like PF, tax etc maximum 22K for mls 1, mls 2 25 k and mls 3 30K and this varies month by month depending upon your PA score and linecount.

Wrote: MModal is very, very good company. You will get good incentives if you achieve your target and if you exceed more than that you can make very, very good amount of money. No assigning of files done. Whatever files in the pool you have to do it if it is difficult or easy and one more thing no partiality is there and work will be available for 24 hours. 1200 lines you can do, but it is difficult not like escription, you have to put more effort and here most of the files are editing.
