Nice to see that this company has moved from the 70 ps/80 ps rate.  Hope there is no catch now based on targets like only by reaching this much lines you could get 1:20/1:70.
Usually once a person joins these companies they bring back the 70 ps/80 ps slabs by way of clauses (which a layman cannot understand) and in advertisements they put 1:20 and 1:70.   
Why don't the Government of India looks into these matters and standardise these too

This is a jaffa and lafoot company, so Govt. don't bother about it.
