Dear Members,

Rates are 90paise per line for 400 lines per day with 90% accuracy.
MTs transcribing above 400 lines with above 90% accuracy will be in 1Rupee per line slab.
For DUMT rates are 1.40 paisa per line.
Shift timings are from 7 am onwards or else the timings can be adjusted as per Candidates flexibility in Day time.
Working hours are 8 hours a day. Part Timers are not considered currently.

The rates you have mentioned is very high as compared to our rates. The Dictators might be very tough and MT quality might be below 60 % which can exhaust the Editors .
Our MT Transcribed files qualtiy is 90% and above and there are very few Dictators with clear audios and Editor can earn easily without stress.
If you want to publish the Advt can post the New Thread, it can attract more candidates and fulfill your requirement. It's an humble request to you to not to quote the rates below the Thread.
Admin please read it and your valuable suggestion is important for such type of Advertise who are publishing the Advertise below the other advertise.

The rates that I have quoted are for normal files DU for edictate pune morning shift, and for the night shift its Escription at rates 1.25 and 2.25. Can you guarantee that your mts can do a better job than Escription voice recognition, not a chance.. I am putting the rates so that I do not want mts to be exploited as I had been when I first entered the field. I want all the members to know the best ongoing rates in this field.. After all that is what a forum stands for. it is not a classified website for jobs

I appreciate that you have a soft corner for the HBTs and you make them aware of the High rates, but I can only say that the rates are quoted as per Company's standards and Blue Matrix is well established organization and is into the Medical Transcription Industry from last 11 years, many HBTS and Inhouse MTs are very happy working with us and more over apart from only focusing on Rates, we have built up many MTs and Editors Carrier who get job satisfaction working with us.
It is good to know that you are protecting HBTs from the exploitation. But we know our rates are low as compared to others but also we manage our home Based MTs and Editors and even they are quite happy working with us.

Every one is quite experienced and whoever are applying they know very well which Company to choose. I don't think this suggestion might be useful to the MTs and QA's as all are aware of right and wrong things happening around them.
