DSP lines (morning/second shift)

10K-19,999 -- 90 ps/line
20K-29,999 -- 1 Rs/line
>=30 K -- 1.05 Rs/line.
DSP lines (night shift)
<10K -- 85 ps/line
10K-19,999 -- 95 ps/line
20K-29,999 -- 1.05 Rs/line
>=30 K -- 1.10 Rs/line.
