Usually companies pay double rate (of VRS) for manual transcription. If paying 0.80 paisa for VRS then for manual it should 1.60 paisa...

Now Nuance and all their vendors are paying 1-1/2 times of editing price for transcription which is very less.  For HBT's work condition is very bad as work flow fluctuates daily and pool is dry even at night time and in early morning only some transcription jobs will be available.  It must be true that Nuance is not good financially and may be it is up for sale as discussed in this forum by some members.  It is not worth joining any Nuance vendors or Nuance itself.
