I keep getting e-mails from one or the other employee/agent of Nuisance Transcription Services. Have they not got enough office-based or HMTs since they started this mass contact program of sending mass e-mails a year back? Or is that the MT work to India has increased manifold?

They offer a good referral amount, so lot of people are trying to recruit MTs under their referral. I know employees who made 50k a month from this. In HBT section, you can find a guy who has been recruiting for them and he is actually an employee of them.
They have recently made rules like 1100LPD mandatory irrespective of your grade target. There are also lot of things MTs have to do besides transcription like checking feedback and mentioning reason, sending daily LPD with other statistics in Excel, entering LPD on a site, responding to mails and calls, logging in logging off, etc. etc., which consume a significant amount of time. Also, it is not sure if you are going to get the incentive at the end of month or not. At the end of the month, they can pull few files and degrade your overall quality making the incentive nil. Their general shift pay is not so good and you need to work in odd shifts to make a good amount.
They have tougher accounts for HBTs and easy accounts for vendors. Working with a vendor is so much easier than working with them directly. Vendor can assure you a certain amount per line without all the above hassles.

This is the subject which needs to read by every MT. what happens beyond the recruitment drive is what everybody needs to know about every company which will help every one in their careers.
This is a platform based company and has SOLE interest in establishing in its SOFTWARE. Whatever aspirations about MT field will disappear after the training and 3 years where you will be doing most of the HR job and in the name of QUALITY you will be put through '
n' number of tasks some are vaguely related to the actual transcription and most of the energy and time goes by achieving the ACCURACY and LINE COUNT ultimately leaving you empty.
GOOD FOR MANAGERS. So have patience till becoming a manager.

I do not think inhouse MTs took 50K by jut referring. They pay referral bonus after 3 months an MT works. This is not a new company. All experienced MTs know what Nuisance Transcription service is all about. So I do not think experienced MTs capable of direct upload joined them.

I worked with them and HR circulates mail with the largest referral bonus earners' photos and earnings.
