Rate per Line: (for HBT Opening) 1.20 per line from line one if a minimum commitment of 20 K is given. 1.25 from line one if one crosses 25 k lines. The rates will be doubled to 2.40/2.50 per line for transcribed lines. Anything less than 15 K will fetch you 1.10.
Deductions: Minimal. 1% to 2%
