JOB DESCRIPTION:
SpectraWhiz Technologies has a state of the art medical transcription center and training facility in Indore since 2000.  We are presently looking for HBTs who have a desire to work on Editscript(online jobs).  Our office is spread over 5000 SBU at Nikita Apartment, 3 R.K. Puram, Below Oriental bank of commerce, Indore.

Spectrawhiz envisioned and pioneered in the medical transcription industry by providing in-house training and absorbing them in their own production unit since 2000.  We have been delivering quality work to our clients which in turn has brought us growth. Our employees work with increased efficiency and deliver quality reports to the clients.  Presently, we are looking in for HBTs who have the desire to grow.  We help the HBTs to produce good quality reports by giving continual feedback, guidelines for specific work, and comparison and if they face any problems we have 24x7 management staff to help them out.  This also gives the sense as if the candidate is working from office.  We nurture the HBTs, so that they too give us quality reports.  Work is available in both shifts i.e. day and night.

Would you please enlighten us, apart from the accuracy desired, what exactly one is expected to do to earn such a salary?

So what are you offering for hbts?  You have not mentioned what hbts can expect.

Secondly to justify that salary, what is expected from hbt Qcs?  Target workload in terms of minutes or whatever? Specialty?  Deductions?

Your offer is good but common sense says there has to be a catch to it.  As the dollar is going up, the rates offered to MTs is going down, so predictably there would a weariness in accepting such an offer unless everything is crystal clear.

Mind elaborating so everyone knows what is expected and what can be expected? It would be appreciated.

If you see their website... it says that 2 major errors in a month will result in termination of the ID.  According to me the vulnerability to lose your ID is very high since 2 major errors a month is hardly anything to hang on to protect your job. 

Furthermore the website says that you cannot bypass a tough file or wait for an easy file...so according to my experience, you will surely find all the tough files lined up in your ID most of the days and so the probability of accruing 2 major errors per month is 99.9% (It is mostly to do with office politics where the in-house guys do the maska and chai pani to get easy files and the sucker hbt is left with all the tough files to suck.. and do not forget the frequent admonishing calls you will receive even in the midnight when you are sleeping with your family or in the evening when you are playing with your kids from the "team manager" telling you about the worthless work you have done and that you are no better than the dhobi ka gadha.

To summarize, the MT or Editor will be squeezed out of his juice and stamina to maintain the accuracy and within a few months you will leave this company very disgruntled after your family and social life become zero.

@Silby...Very true what you have said.  Offers and advertisements of all the companies are very lucrative, but once you join, you can feel the heat and gradually will know how hard for each penny to come by, coupled with internal politics in allotting files.  I have been in this field for so long and I  have seen it happen in all the major companies I worked for.  If we ask any questions or queries regarding tough files or pay deductions they have thousand of reasons to make us believe that "we are just worthless creatures and not being productive to our full capacity", thanks to the high-profile HR team (Fat Pigs) these companies are feeding from squeezing the MTs/Editors/QAs.
