We are in urgent need of MTs/Editors/QA for both in-house and HBT for day/night shift (flexible/split shift also available). We need quality editors only with minimum accuracy of 98.5% (standard). The details are as mentioned below:
Type of A/c: Online
ASR/Transcription: ASR/5% transcription.
Platform: EScription and DocuScribe.
Rate per Line: Flat 1.20 for day shift and 1.40 for night shift (Transcription line will be counted as double)
Deductions: 1% TDS deduction.
Salary Date: 15-18th (Direct Transfer)

what is the minimum target per month to get 1.40 and 1.20. Please mention that. Some companies are showing 60k per month also by not mentioning the target lines (which is impossible to reach, which we know after taking test and all stuff by wasting our time). Please be gutted enough before posting huge price.

Hi Satyam.
Thanx for asking this question....there is no line count target to achieve the rate mentioned...Night shift rate is applicable only if you work full time night shift ..not for split shifters...and when any MT works full night shift, he can easily do at least 500-1000 lines in a shift (easily achievable).

Dear sir,
Please respond for this post. As all forum members are waiting for your interesting post's replay (as far as I think seeing your hits). If you are clear to pay what you are mentioned then many of them show interest to take this offer (as you are aware that MT field is running short of quality people who are really worthwhile to take this offer). Straight forward one question what is the pay for people doing 20k lines and what is the pay for 30k lines (we know what is the difference between 500 lines per night shift and 1000 lines as well as split shifts, need not to mention that what much lines can an experienced person can do in a shift , please be clear in your part by not answering again in that myth way).
