Absolutely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the above comment, what ever the Location is mentioned is right and whatever the Accounts you have mentioned is absolutely wrong.
Mr. Sunil Nair has left the job for receiving the payment on 27th of subsequent month fine the reason is quite clear.
So you proudly admit that you are bad paymasters, agreed.
We do payment when the client pay us this is absolutely right and this is natural.
Means if the client does not pay you, you will not pay the staff is it? great sense of humour.
We have to disburse the salary for all three units staffs and also HBTs that goes above 10+Lakh which is hardly impossible to pay from one's pocket and manage for every month so we pay on 27th but it is 100% paid.
If you are doing business you need to keep backup plan, you cannot be at the mercy of your client, that they will pay and I will pay, whether is 10 lakhs or 10 Cr.
Its simple,whoever dont agree the above payment date they leave or they dont join and we can't keep a whip in our hand and make them compulsory work for us , the world is big they had other choices so they are free to move on.
correct the world is big so we are open to join you or not depending at the mercy of your payment slab.
Rest others are ok with this instead of going to some other fraudster company they feel far better to stay with us if ever the salary is delayed the company is good and maintains its dignity.
Yes only the sycophancy people will be with you, who will fall prey to your slab.
Means if we are staying on rented house or we have EMI, we should tell the house owner and bank we get late salary so please come and collect your OUTSTANDING on 28th of every month, great thought Ms. Varsha, I SALUTE YOU...

OMG salary on 28th you got to be kidding  ...I thought 10th was only too late, this is just too much...so what they are saying is salary they get late, so they pay us late, so if they dont get means
I agree with some of the points the employers have raised that some people are unnecessarily commenting bad words and provoking and abusing...
but these guys are also so arrogant and not giving us enough information...why cant they just put the company name, account type, salary date and tarriffs is it a big thing...
one more thing raised by them was people will leave without intimation, which i am absolutely against, but I feel like it is all employers fault only as they hire people and they dont give appointment letter, relieving letter, pf or any benefits, they hire as freelancers so what do you expect...

I may be wrong in this - not supporting every company regarding payment delays..... they should release payment soon if they could afford to pay on time....
Of course, a forum should be let free to be commented as they wish, but should everybody be rudely handled like in custody and harshly criticized and a mannerism of opposing the true existing facts also should be accepted from some fellow members? Fraudsters will dig a hole to themselves.. you need not worry.... but please always be attentive and cautious to fakers and keep yourself protected....
For that matter, my suggestion (not advice - you can continue to act on your own instincts) to all forum members would be, you as an associate MT, you the pillars of our industry, you all have the rights to ask the details, but don't use informal language to our own people and talk about race, gender, etc.... and don't hurt others because you are hurt or depressed because of our industry situations - PLEASE DON'T RUDELY TREAT EVERYBODY AS SAME.... You can always ask them in person, call them, or ask them to call you as they tell in their posts, and get your desired details and then if you identify anything wrong, then you share in the forum (only if it is genuine) to alert others, but please do it in a polite way... After all, If you don't consider it to be genuine, then just ignore... ALL people, just ignore that post and move on.... SILENCE is the best killer for the fraudsters..........
As you all know, quarreling will not mend matters.... make it silent or polite to ask for your right details... if you are not getting your requirement, leave them unnoticed.... SILENCE is the best weapon..........

Dear Ms. Varsha,
Thanks that you admitted what you are, we are nobody to criticize anybody. We want just these details not even to you but for anyone who post in this forum:
1. Name of Company with complete postal address, telephone number landline (if exists), or contact person cell phone.
2. Operation of the company since which year.
3. Payment scale if on line count basis, how much rupee/paise with characters/without characters including template and normals for certain doctors.
4. Date of Payment.
5. Mode of Payment.
6. Billing cycle, i.e. (1st to 30th or in mid between the month).
7. Timing of work.
8. Offline/Online (platform specify).
9. Deductions if any in terms to quality/TAT.
10. Shift Day or Night, specify timing please.
11. Targets to achieve per day, if MT/QA.
Because most of the HBTs are somewhere remotely placed, they work with hard and sweat installed in it.
Just by BRAGGING and putting 40k salary + 60k nothing will suffice, be specific to the point.
Or we will believe that you are also one like Mr. Kaviraj as your partner in crime, who just post one line e.mail ID and then withdraws the post.
Think and ponder what I wrote and if it make sense, in future, stick to it.

We dont choose the client who will not pay us ok and that much sense we have !!!!and yes as per your comment in 1% case if the client wont pay, then fine it is management duty to pay.
Till now we have not experienced anything wrong but if you want to imagine in wrong way then anything can happen.
Company don't run on imagination and please be practical, there are some pros and cones and we don't believe in unnatural happenings

I too have EMI and I pay it, as monthly EMI's date is as per customer's choice and every one is smart enough to choose the date of EMI, but monthly payment is done that is important rather than which date is it is done, all are smart enough to manage their funds and utilize it and know how to keep back up (employers as well as employees )

This is the fact which their employee QA has told me.
They say when they receive money from Mmodal and Nuance then only they will pay.

Absolutely wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the above comment, what ever the Location is mentioned is right and whatever the Accounts you have mentioned is absolutely wrong.
Mr. Sunil Nair has left the job for receiving the payment on 27th of subsequent month fine the reason is quite clear.
So you proudly admit that you are bad paymasters, agreed.
We do payment when the client pay us this is absolutely right and this is natural.

I have admitted it honestly ,we are paymasters ( late doesn't mean we are bad)and why dont you discuss about the employees who just take the payment and go absconding for ever without any reasons many employers come across with this issue what reply you have for this!!!!!!!
Means if the client does not pay you, you will not pay the staff is it? great sense of humour.
We have to disburse the salary for all three units staffs and also HBTs that goes above 10+Lakh which is hardly impossible to pay from one's pocket and manage for every month so we pay on 27th but it is 100% paid.

We dont choose the client who will not pay us ok and that much sense we have !!!!and yes as per your comment in 1% case if the client wont pay, then fine it is management duty to pay.
Till now we have not experienced anything wrong but if you want to imagine in wrong way then anything can happen.
Company don't run on imagination and please be practical, there are some pros and cones and we don't believe in unnatural happenings

If you are doing business you need to keep backup plan, you cannot be at the mercy of your client, that they will pay and I will pay, whether is 10 lakhs or 10 Cr.
Its simple,whoever dont agree the above payment date they leave or they dont join and we can't keep a whip in our hand and make them compulsory work for us , the world is big they had other choices so they are free to move on.
correct the world is big so we are open to join you or not depending at the mercy of your payment slab.

Rest others are ok with this instead of going to some other fraudster company they feel far better to stay with us if ever the salary is delayed the company is good and maintains its dignity.

I too have EMI and I pay it, as monthly EMI's date is as per customer's choice and every one is smart enough to choose the date of EMI, but monthly payment is done that is important rather than which date is it is done, all are smart enough to manage their funds and utilize it and know how to keep back up (employers as well as employees )
Not only Nashik Unit all other two Units staffs are really good and doing excellent job with us and has accepted the fact.
