4.  Date of Payment.

8.  Offline/Online (platform specify).
9.  Deductions if any in terms to quality/TAT.

Because most of the HBTs are somewhere remotely placed, they work with hard and sweat installed in it.  

Just by BRAGGING and putting 40k salary + 60k nothing will suffice, be specific to the point.

Or we will believe that you are also one like Mr. Kaviraj as your partner in crime, who just post one line e.mail ID and then withdraws the post.

Think and ponder what I wrote and if it make sense, in future, stick to it.

Some facts of Blue Matrix, one QA by name Sunil Nair was employed at Mira Road office he left because payment received on 27th of the month.

BlueMatrix have no direct account:

1.  One unit in Mira Road is doing NUANCE ACCOUNT, ESCRIPTION and Beyond Text.

2.  Second unit in Thane is doing MMODAL account,

This is the fact which their employee QA has told me.


They say when they receive money from Mmodal and Nuance then only they will pay.

Now Ms. Varsha I would like to ask you like a HARPER you are harping from Nashik, what you have to say on this ground.

Mr. Sunil Nair has left the job for receiving the payment on 27th of subsequent month fine the reason is quite clear.
So you proudly admit that you are bad paymasters, agreed.
We do payment when the client pay us this is absolutely right and this is natural.

I have admitted it honestly ,we are paymasters ( late doesn't mean we are bad)and why dont you discuss about the employees who just take the payment and go absconding for ever without any reasons many employers come across with this issue what reply you have for this!!!!!!!



Means if the client does not pay you, you will not pay the staff is it? great sense of humour.
We have to disburse the salary for all three units staffs and also HBTs that goes above 10+Lakh which is hardly impossible to pay from one's pocket and manage for every month so we pay on 27th but it is 100% paid.

We dont choose the client who will not pay us ok and that much sense we have !!!!and yes as per your comment in  1% case if the  client wont pay, then fine it is management duty to pay.

Till now we have not experienced anything wrong but if you want to imagine in wrong way then anything can happen.

Company don't run on imagination and please be practical, there are some pros and cones and we don't believe in unnatural happenings 
We are able to cope up with uncertain!



If you are doing business you need to keep backup plan, you cannot be at the mercy of your client, that they will pay and I will pay, whether is 10 lakhs or 10 Cr.
Its simple,whoever dont agree the above payment date they leave or they dont join and we can't keep a whip in our hand and make them compulsory work for us , the world is big they had other choices so they are free to move on.

I too have EMI and I pay it, as monthly EMI's date is as per customer's choice and every one is smart enough to choose the date of EMI, but monthly payment is done that is important  rather than which date is it is done, all are smart enough to manage their funds and utilize it and know how to keep back up (employers as well as employees )


Not only Nashik Unit all other two Units staffs are really good and doing excellent job with us and has accepted the fact.

Earlier also I have explained the staffs who abscond and remain uniformed then what Company should think of those staffs If some act so irrational then how come you shift the blame on Company.

Company also comes across tough times when staffs vanish in one night.

Many of the staffs left the job very smoothly without any issue and also they followed the Company's terms they all were given a send off party with gift from Company.

People who leave in unethical ways in the company I know, but you cannot help it, industry is like this.

You cannot have bonded labourers.

The best part is you give them proper targets explain them procedure and nature of your office policies and your prompt payment.

I still know there are companies who pay on 1st of every month and some before 5th, paying on 25th is totally unacceptable.

You must understand people have rented house, commitments towards their families, school fees, and what not.

In short, no body is interested in company's gift nor their send off.

Just equal distribution of work with transparency and prompt payment. These two things an employee looks at it.

First let us assume that your company is not a fraud company.

Kindly let us know one thing why the hell a MT has to join your f*** company ?? (with your payment date being 28th i.e. Payment of Nov 1st to Nov 30th work will be paid on December 28th or even later i.e. as and when u receive payment from ur client - this is according u what u have mentioned in this forum) when there are lots of GOOD/GENUINE companies out there paying promptly on or before 5th to 7th or at least before 10th with better rates than your company.  What is so special in your company that MTs should consider ur offer by rejecting other GOOD/GENUINE companies with PROMPT PAYMENT on or BEFORE 10th??? another thing i noticed is that none of your employees (you mentioned you have 100+ employees work for you) either senior/middle level management people or for that matter any MTs, QAs, or HBTs or any staff  from your company coming out in this forum and try to defend you or your company's?  (Please note that you mentioned here that you got more mts and hbts from this forum)
