Espidi is an Australian company involved in Medical transcription and software development. We are looking for talented medical transcription professionals for our Indian arm - SPD Solutions Private Limited located at BL 128 Sector 2, Salt Lake , Kolkata.

We work on the Emdat software platform. Unlike the US markets our clients are extremely particular about the quality of work that is done and hence we look at hiring the best possible.

WE ARE OFFERING

Upto INR 2.5 per line for direct uploaders. For the first two weeks ALL new starters will be paid INR 1.00 per line and final rates will be offered at the end of the two week trial. Variation in quality may lead to changes in rates. Payments made on the 2nd of every month against invoices submitted. 

WE NEED
------------
Senior typists who can deliver error free work and meet the following criteria

1. Have at least 4 years of experience in medical transcription
2. Can give a minimum daily commitment on the number of lines
3. Are confident that they will be able to meet quality standards higher than US clients and have the attention to detail to be able to change to British English
4. Previous experience with Emdat and UK/Australian work will be highly regarded

Certainly talented pool is available in India.  The extraction of work depends on how u perform distribution of jobs without any bias ensuring MT's peace of mind every day thus providing reasonable earning opportunity.  Quality is not one-sided effort.

My view is in coherence with what Mr. siby and transmys say. The point displayed by transmys is very much to be noted and attested by any employer, otherwise there will be an attrition to employers only; people would work wherever they are less pressurized with no biasing done giving them a reasonable salary.

Actually, how can we trust and start HBT work , as really they are from outside of our state ?
I see 99% here posting companies are countered with victims.

Hi All

As mentioned in another post we are not actively monitoring this thread anymore. To everyone who has had a bad experience with communication, we apologize but unfortunately we cannot guarantee a response if you are not selected owing to the number of applications that are being processed, tests being taken and reviewed. However if you are selected then obviously it is in our interest to have you on board. In 5 years we have had less than 1% of people leaving us both in house and HBTs and that in itself should be proof enough of us standing by our core values.

We do not have accuracy based deductions, payment is on the 2nd for previous month's work, PPF is available for in house employees as is leave and leave encashment, there is no night shift but the work pipeline is generally always available and HBTs are free to work whenever they feel like as long as targets are met. Only exception being December and January when work is low.

We do not pretend to be anything else apart from what we are, a small company but one that believes in the fact that our people are our strength.

Unless you have personally worked for us and had a bad experience please refrain from posting your opinions. There are 100s of Transcription companies in India and there is no dearth of choice for anyone looking for employment. We only select people who fit our standards and we always stand by them.
