It is not wise to think repeated posting of Ads is just because their current employees are leaving.  It can also mean new volume and therefore new resources are needed.

However lucrative the offers might be, in the end it is the MTs and QAs who need to check out these offers and see what is really in it for them.

You wasted my time and that clearly shows you dont have any value for time of others. 

You should know better what kind of recruitment you are doing in this Industry. Just can't say after 20 or 30 days to a senior QA that you are not selected, you need to justify your words as well. I have been polite enough you ask you the compare documents. 

Just by posting ads in some portals doesnt make you to be on the talking side as people like me spare time to do the test to know the outcome with clarity.

You neither gave the compare documents nor gave the information immediately. This behaviour shows your professionalism. 

God save the company from people like you who do not know simple acknowledgements.

@Gyan Prakash.  Do not feel bad.  It is not worth joining IData.  I do not know why you applied for this company in the first place.  U should have gone through comments from other MTs.  Many vendors give test which consists of files of particular authors who use their own words in PE and RE in a fast way and standard sentences and formats which is difficult to decipher, which is easily available in samples on escription platform.  They know all these.   I am in this industry for 12 years.  Now also no QC from standard companies including Nuance or Mmodal fills blanks of difficult authors or new authors which I leave.  IData QC/trainer was also putting wrong words into the blanks I used to leave.  I took this matter with trainer in an email since it was not giving any meaning.  So do not feel bad.  No QC or TL is great.  I remember my first TL also having lot of blanks in his files if it is very difficult when samples are not available and really struggling at the end of the shift and asking even new MT to look at blanks since new or fresh ear can catch words after one has transcribed files.

It is not about feeling bad or not being able to join this company.  It's about how professional these company people are. When a person is taking up a test isn't it natural for any person to know the result of the test atleast within a week ?  We are asked to finish the test within 2 hours and we don't get an update for 3 to 4 weeks also and when asked why there is no reply they just say the test is not cleared. 

I myself have evaluated test of many trainees/recruits/employees while working for an organisation and I know when a employee is doing good and not doing good. Here in test one looks out for how a person would do.  Keeping in mind that the account is new people wont be knowing most of the words and standards and hence are not taken into consideration while evaluating the test.

This company does not have professionalism at all. When they are telling a person is not selected there should be giving a report for that also. Sadly without any report the above employee of the company just conveys the message what ever he wants to and suggests me to check on my end when asked for compare documents. 

The point is there is no professionalism thats all. First of all these Idata people dont have their own account and they are subvendors of Nuance, if Nuance has extra work, these people have work, or else no work.

Now this story is not to hurt anyone's feelings on the forum... but an introspection and a challenge.

QAs not capable of delivering client-ready work need not bother - even if you somehow get through the testing and join us, our quality process will take care of identifying weak links and dislodging them - making way for a more stable work place for deserving staff.

Self-motivated, self-driven QAs are welcome to test.
Candidates who may have failed the test the first time can reapply in 3 months...

Hi Folks:

Looking at the length of this thread and the useless discussions for the majority, just wondering if the "world's most transparent, bathed in milk, clean sheet (or clean-shit?), holier than thou" medical transcription company IDataLLC has been given more importance than it actually deserves and made into some sort of "item girl" of an overrated MT company? At least I think so. Now enough of entertainment, which has turned nauseating - can we give this IDLLC topic a decent burial and say Amen and move on?!

HINT: A company that has to resort to hiding certain columns in EScribe and disabling some features which 99% companies leave alone - should tell you a lot about that company. Their big holy bull crap explanation is people log in and log out, wait for clean dictators to show up, and all that rubbish. How about looking at other side of the coin - their scoundrel production managers and TLs self allocating jobs/allocating to other favored staff while leaving all the dirty work for people who APPLIED FOR JOBS THROUGH THIS (and other) FORUM?! Who will monitor this?

Don't you have sense to use such words commenting a person who is a respectable figure in this Healthcare Industry?

Secondly, I have not seen any post from your end stating that you are satisfied with any of the companies so far.  I suggest you to mind your business and better act in bollywood as a cleaner of Deols' asses, this suits you best.

Next time, if I see your post anywhere in this forum good or bad, the admin will directly deactivate your account.  More importantly, there is no use if you use my login name anywhere because I just came to give information about Big Sharks in the market, MModal and Nuance and their tactics towards their employees and vendors recently, which the admin has deleted without any information.

Coming to Mr. JD, though he and his company don't have office setup initially, they have vast experienced and well-versed MT and QA teams across India and this is enough for them to prove themselves.  If you can really check their US website, you will come to know about them.  Much more interesting part is, even if you take any other company, there are many instances they can lose TAT, but this iData never ever missed the TAT as they have good HELPLINE (MIS) team to coordinate with their clients, MTs, QAs for quick alerts on STAT jobs, they have well-qualified MT and QA teams to ensure client ready or client satisfiable quality standards. This is enough and I don't believe in spending much money for office infrastructure etc for less volume-based companies (it is just like burning hands if anybody starts thinking of starting up a setup with no guarantee of work or volumes).  Right now, they are going big with multiple platforms in hand, please do not discourage companies like iData.  All these days, they were observing the field and also regular responses from MT professionals to their Advertisements and finally took the decision to start a setup in Chennai, which I think is almost a year or more since they started in-house.

Mr. Dharmendra, please do not comment on anyone unless you have a proof.  Here, I have proof which is mentioned above.  Sorry if I typed anything wrong about you, please ignore the above words, just for fun, as you are a bollywood celebrity, I commented like that.

Better not to see your comments again and again.

I agree with you soapnote.  There are lot of opportunities apart from this company.  Only Dodecan can help in this regard and let him consider deleting this thread.

I was going through few other ads posted on this forum. Some of them were lucrative enough to attract my attention, but sadly when contacted they at just about time of joining give a much lesser per line rate. Upon asking they simply blame it on dollar rate, that it was then high, so we were giving high and now as dollar rate is down, we give less, those rates dont hold good now.

Many of the ads are not updated.

With regards to IDATA, this guy talks on forum like this, and in private sends mail/message stating sorry and asks to call up. Why the hell should I call up? Dont you have that much courtesy to reply to an email?

Anyway these companies simply put ad, when their requirement is done, few who are polite will tell vacancies are filled and that they will contact when there are vacancies, but few adopt this method just to not reply at all or tell that you did not clear the test.

In each account especially when you have not done it before major mistakes are not marked while auditing, keeping in mind that people who apply would not be conversant with standards etc, leaving that aside each account needs time to be gotten used to, which most of them would agree, if not why will there be probation period?

Well, conclusion is, there are people who are not that professional in this industry, as many variables are involved, so cant blame anyone fully.

This statement explains everything.  Hiding up jobs??  I guess some kind of hide and seek or TOM AND JERRY play going on inside the company.....Reduced from 64K to just 15-20k??  Imagine if it happens for three months....reduction is 120K???    Fat managers fill up their pockets nicely......Nearly 40K gone after hard work???  Huh!!!  OMG....Great company.  All forum members, to make things clear and easy there are statutory deductions in these companies which you do not get paid for no matter what.  It was after my discussion with these companies much earlier about 3 months back I realized how slaves are treated.
