We, Three Globe Transcription services, 2/2A, SCO 34, Sector 11, Panchkula (Chandigarh), are currently recruiting Direct Uploaders and Quality Analysts on first come first serve basis with limited seats for our offline and easy accounts. One can also refer other deserving candidates. The salary structure is as follows:
For DU:
60 minutes of Direct upload: 18000/month five days a week (Tuesday to Saturday).
70 minutes of Direct upload: 21000/month five days a week (Tuesday to Saturday).
80 minutes of Direct upload: 24000/month five days a week (Tuesday to Saturday).
For QA:
140 minutes of QA: 20000/month six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
160 minutes of QA: 23000/month six days a week (Monday to Saturday).
180 minutes of QA: 25000/month six days a week (Monday to Saturday)

Hi
We are currently hiring on salary basis in morning shift from 8 a.m to 4 p.m. very easy doctors, offline. The slab for salary basis is as follows. 10 minutes of volume yields 100 lines, so 100 minutes on an average would yield 1000 lines.
For 40 minutes of Direct upload, 13k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday).
For 50 minutes of Direct upload, 16k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)
For 60 minutes of Direct upload, 19k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)
For 70 minutes of Direct upload, 22k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)
For 80 minutes of Direct upload, 26k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)
For 90 minutes of Direct upload, 29k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)
For 100 minutes of Direct upload, 31k per month (Six days a week Monday through Saturday)

the rates are poor and in no way it is beneficial to MTs.
Consider for example, 60 minutes =600 lines therefore for 26 days 26*600=15600 lines
even if we put 1.50 rs per line the salary comes 15600*1.5=23400, but you are only paying 19k. but now the market rate is 1.80 to 2.30 per line....kindly revise your rates...If the dictation is fast, it will affect MTs in turn.
The QA and mt rates seem very old..
These are my suggestions.

Yes totally in agreement with helping hands, rates need to be revised, this rate was in 2005 to 2010 era, not now.

The QArate comes to 50 p line which is ridiculous.
