Hi! Anybody is in for this idea of training MTs on all the palforms under one roof bcz everytime an MT does a job hopping that person has to undergo all the training blah, blah, blah.... I suggest to have a proper training of all the platforms under one roof. How is the idea??

Not all that interesting. In medical transcription, you need very limited functionality like receiving job, looking up patient data, CCs, adding note to QA/client, adding heading/subheading, blank marker, sending job. Just be thorough with these, what more you require? Be it any platform, one can very quickly train for it.
