Salary--Fixed Basic 14k/16k--morning/night shift for 20k lines--All lines above 20k lines would be paid 1/- per line for morning shift--1.20 paise for night shift.
Incentives:
Health Insurance for a 4 member family worth 1 lakh rupees on completion of 6 months of service or premium reimbursement.
School Fee Reimbursement: Every half yearly 10k rupees.
Leave: 24 days paid leave, can be encashable every 3 months@ of 500/- per leave.
Night Shift: 5 Day week/staggered leave option.
One month salary advance on attaining DSP
