Hi Community,
We are a dedicated ethical production team in Medical Transcription for 6 years, and we have come across lots of leaps along our experience.
Many of the institutes are receiving payments (more/less) and just giving audios in the name of ONLINE TRANSCRIPTION. No regular screening and feedbacks are provided to the students and they are throwing out partly trained MTs out to the field, where both production units and individuals are struggling to sustain incurring loss of clients/investments.
At the present situation in the non-ceasing healthcare (MT) industry, we have realized the increasing need for Skilled and Dedicated Professionals, and therefore inculcating "up-to-date professional skills" at the training level itself. This is the best one student can expect to boost ones career without any "fraudulent exploiters of human resource", and of course life is too short to get wasted for some frauds.
We provide 8 months of online training, Rs- 10,000, excluding footpedal/headset/amplifier.
Portions schedule;
-English proficiency (spoken/written) & Typing skills - 1 MONTH
-Language of Medicine (basic word structure/pharmacology/organ systems,disease condition,treatment) - 3 MONTHS
- Documentation formatting (Font/Template selection/Specifications awareness) - 1 MONTH
- Real-time dictation practice/Offline test-mode training on various transcription platforms - Intense Professional levels monitoring. - 3 MONTHS.
Based on professional levels, we will place our trained MTs to MT level/traditional MT proofing/Escription proofing on LINE COUNT BASIS as HBTs, 100% job placement if "SELECTED FOR TRAINING" itself.
DAILY ONLINE INTERACTIONS for teaching, monitoring, and feedbacks are compulsory standards of our training pattern. Web-based ID/password of online tutorials for students are provided covering hour-wise portions with videos, weekly and monthly tests, etc.
