We are in the process of capacity building for our India Operations. Rate Matrix (For Night Time Work Slot :: 6 PM to 6 AM):

(1) For No Less Than 20K Lines:
      DSP: Rs. 1.50 per line
      NDSP: Rs. 0.70 per line
      QC: Rs. 0.80 per line

*Overall MLS should maintain a score of 99% at all times.

**Penalty for any DSP lost will be levied as straight Rs. 500.00 and MLS has to achieve DSP in 7-10 days. All the jobs submitted for DSP evaluation will be paid on TR (nonDSP) rate basis. No deductions for Major, Minor, and CPSE to the point overall accuracy of the ID is maintained to the benchmark score of 99.3%.

***All HBTs will be provided with the company’s software (TS Logs Monitor) that they have to install and must work through that only. 

****Monthly production that will be taken into account for production will only be what’s submitted through software and shows on company’s portal. No manually prepared Excel sheets or other methods will be taken into account. Personal line count can be maintained and sent for cross-checking.

****Any point in time MLS found to be manipulating lines through manipulating word document or use of False Enter Key and Spacebar, will lead to immediate termination of the MLS.

*****Once signed all the agreement with Tech-Synergy, MLS can work either in-house or home-based but must stick to schedule and also must be available on Phone and yahoo IM.

All payments will be processed final by 7th through 10th of each month. Deductions will include TDS and Professional Tax as applicable.

nuance will never allow u to score 99% accuracy, becouse in nuance one departement is their there salary is managed by deducting by showing less than 99% accuracy............never join nts vendor or nts account......

It would be great if you can suggest a model which as an HBT you would recon the best. We are looking for a team of 30 to add as home-based Editors. 

We are looking forward to work together with groups of people who can work for us under the umbrella of Tech-Synergy as an employee, although working from home.

We cannot say like that, most of the market has been captured by Nuance and Mmodal only, there are good vendors also...as i would have messaged here before, the vendors who penalizes less, no partial allotment of files, prompt payment dating with no deductions gets more people. Moreover, it does not mean that MTs should throw the files. Both side contribution is necessary.

Allotting easy files to particular MTs in one hand and making the other MTs do the tough files in the other hand is also useless.

Very true. I appreciate your comments. 

We are in a service industry which has lots of ethical values associated with it and we do understand that over the last 10 years the rates have not been even as compared to when this domain of work got started in India. 

We want to build a big reliable team and we want the best of people to come join us and stabilize their job working with us and hence we are trying to be as transparent as possible.

As an MT professional having worked in different platforms and companies, I understand the quality and quantity requirement and ethical values etc.  As you rightly mentioned about the stagnant rates, there seems to an unending problem for MTs and as well as companies that no one-for-all rule works out.  It is perfectly okay to expect accuracy above 99% and most of the time, a quality professional delivers that.  However, there are situations, like bad authors, short jobs, etc., which you are very much aware, that need rational approach.  Also the fact that the Nuance Audit is not very transparent (We all know, Nuance assigns irresponsible QCs (often) not even aware of client specifics, looking to find anything et al for the sake of marking errors, etc.)  If we can sort out these issues, I have a team of highly accomplished MT professionals comprising of confident members "If ABC can do it, we can do it as well" kind of confidence and skill sets) and we are interested to talk to you.
