Hello Sir,

This is for your kind information that people on this forum are not having any job other than viewing the advertise and providing wrong information against genuine and professional company.

It has been observed that this forum has only lot of jobless people who spent most of time to comment on Advertise and criticize it.

Blue Matrix is genuine Company and posting Advt since longer period but from last few months criticize from some of the members is increased, They want all information of Company if ever the template is filled in, they have still objection in it without any concern with Company's work and Job seekers

Companies pay them, but still there is more aggressiveness against the employer.

Some of the employers might not pay or make the HBTs work for them in ruthless manner.

In this forum I have observed some of the members look upon all the companies in the same manner and they figure out genuine and professional companies also in the same manner.

From last few months it is observed more in MT forum.

Due to this the posts are decreasing and all are spending more time in criticizing.

Every Company wants its name to be established and what struggle the management does it is not observed.

They are only commenting for dont join for any bla bla reason and the reasons are not at all genuine.

If this will continue then one day will arise that nobody will post the advertise on this forum.

Every one who seeks the jobs will give up and move to different field.

For this also you will get Criticize comment.

And please tell ur genuine company pay date.  In some posts u offer 60k and 40k without informing any target and you still does not want to listen any comment ???, then please create your own site and no one will comment on you and no one will visit you.  If you are clear on your part no one will comment unnecessarily (you can see lots of posts without any comment because they are perfectly informing what they are offering and no one has any problem with that).  I hope now on wards we will see clear offer from Blue Matrix.

You chose to pose an indirect threat that this forum be made employer friendly rather than applying it to yourself making Blue Matrix employee friendly..

If you are boasting you have 100+ employees and many of them making 40k+, what is the need for you to defend yourself and not a single employee of Blue Matrix has jumped in here on your behalf..

I AM TELLING ONE THING, IF WE BOTH WANT RELIABILITY ON EACH OTHER, ONE THING CAN BE DONE, PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE WEEKLY SO THAT CONFIDENCE IS GOTTEN FROM MTS AS WELL AS THE EMPLOYER SINCE WE ARE WORKING REMOTELY

I HEARD FROM ONE OF MY FRIEND THAT SOME EMPLOYERS ARE READY TO PAY UP TO THE LINE COUNT DONE DAILY, SO INSTEAD OF QUARRELING IF THE PAYMENT IS MADE WEEKLY IT IS GOOD FOR EMPLOYERS AS WELL AS EMPLOYEE. I KNEW IT IS A PRETTY TOUGH FOR AN EMPLOYER, BUT THEY HAVE TO FIND AN EASIEST WAY SO THAT THEY CAN POOL EMPLOYEES AND ENLARGE PRODUCTION, AND GET PROFITS MORE. THIS IS A SUGGESTION.. SORRY IF ANYTHING WRONGLY TOLD.

THUS A DEAL CAN BE MADE IF QUALITY NOT GOOD AND PAYMENTS NOT MADE PROMPTLY PROPER ACTIONS CAN BE DONE AND THE LOSS WILL BE SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED

From last few months even after mentioning clearly, comments are passed on for the post. We do have our own website and many visit the website and apply for the job and yes all are smart enough to know whatever I am offering is it fine or not !!!!!!!!!!and let the candidates decides. I hope people who visit are not kids and attract to the bluff advertise. They know very well who is good and who is bad.

You people just keep on commenting and making the environment pollute. The template is filled in properly and rest payment date I have already agreed it is late but it is paid and who you? to ask me when is payment done and neither in template it is added what ever is necessary to apply for job that is mentioned clearly by Admin and every one is following it.

You people make a big issue and also say that we do malpractice and our management is rude. We have all decent staffs working with us and in my tenure I have not observed anything wrong as I am also senior staff

You are repeatedly talking about Mahim staffs who have left in your all arguments.

Some names which you have mentioned left the work .  Fine they left !!!

What ever reason you have mentioned is pathetic.

This is "Company" and staffs join and leave and New joinees join leaving their old companies. It is as per their  convenience and their comfort. 

I earlier also replied they must have left as we were changing our location to Mira road and they dont want to transfer to new location due to traveling  issue, that's it!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont need to prove that we are genuine,  if one unit is closed we opened two new Units with good staffs this is the fact and readers will definitely understand if the Company shut down due to its malpractise then would have no guts to run a businees in Mumbai.

But we did it and still running successfully with all good and excellent staffs in both units at Mumbai and Head office in Nashik altogether 3 Units

If we would have malpractise then why so many staffs joined Mira Road and that too we opened another one Unit at Thane too where in we have all good and excellent staffs and still work with Unity and lot of cooperation.

Many of the HBTs who work with us are very happy with the seniors polite communication along with their service and dedication towards work and their job.

Again one example which is the fact I am working from last 8 + years and dint observed any malpractice in my tenure.

Only putting wrong comments dont make the truth untruth.

Why dont you open your own Company and give all the facilities as mentioned above, you cant do it as you are spending most of the time in viewing the advertise and commenting which don't have any meaning.

Why dont you use your extra skills and your worth quality in opening a good unit, let me also see how much you will be successful in doing it.

You feel that you are the smarter fellow in this universe but your smartness has some borders that you only use and devote the time to criticize in which you are not gaining anything.

Let me see how many employees will be proud to be you staffs or they will hang themselves to be a part of your Company.
