A couple of my TLs are real butt***holes. I have gathered that they are self allocating cleanest jobs as well as allocating them to some favored MTs, mostly fairer sex. A few of them even got promoted like that to their current TL post by showing "high performance." As the company owners were bloody fools and never detected the trick, these scoundrels are having field day. I have only access to client version of eScription on which we all work from home. Any workaround to catch these butt***holes red-handed other than repeatedly taking screen shots and comparing them to see which productive dictators are fast disappearing? I mean anyone aware of smart tricks of eScription client version itself? Thanks for all the help in advance.
