Tax deductable at source is based on your earnings as well as investments. If you can provide the investment proof to the accounts department every three months that would be the basis of the calculation.

Whatever applicable TDS will be after your proof of investment that will be deducted and same will be deposited to IT Department. If you have larger investment later in the financial year, you can alway file ITR.
