I would hire only on salary basis - Rs. 12000 for 15000 lines a month (full-time) & Rs. 6000 for 7500 lines per month (part-time). One line is 65 characters with spaces. If I find that you are too good for Rs. 0.80 per line, I will revise. Credit of salary will be in the first week of every month.

The term Salary includes basic wages, medical allowance, house rent allowance, overtime wages, insurance, provident fund, etc. The term “Salary” is not simply rate per line x number of lines. Other than exposure to multispecialties, 80% of MT skill comes from clearly hearing what is being dictated and not mere keyboard “agility”. Clear audios (voice and recording) are a must unlike ajtec_bpo that convert dictations from microcassettes to digital for distribution requiring concert amplifiers to make the audios audible.

Take my suggestion and do something constructive with your life. Going around different forums just to criticize, whine, and vent your frustration. You want to be Anna Hazare of MT?
If you are lucky enough to have an English dictionary, please look up the word salary in it.
