Are you giving anything more to women MTs than other companies to make it mor attractive to them?  I do not see any.

Your Comment itself identifies the difference between Male and Female. Whether I am paying more to women! and that is not the case!

Women have more responsibility than men as they have to take care of family in any condition, still they desire to work and earn something than nothing.

The Advt is for those wonder women who are very expert in their field but due to family and small children could not focus on their carrier and  suppress their feelings such women if they are happy with some earnings and simultaneously can take care of family members what is wrong in doing so?

I specially welcome such women and doors are open to them for Blue Matrix.

In this Forum all Males are doing wrong comments on my Advt. I really feel very pity on them as they will never understand Women's honesty, sincere approach, dedication towards job and and also towards family.

I am publishing my Advt repeatedly, for that also Male Members have commented wrong, well experienced
Members of MT Industry had replied. I really appreciate their reply

I am very much thankful to MT forum's well experienced members where in they have replied to the comment and expressed their desire.

I am also one of them and I also have right to express my desire. 

My purpose for the above statements doesn't mean that I look down for Men.

Male's also play a very important role on this earth. I too appreciate and has due respect for them, but this Advt is for female's who are entangled in family responsibility and looking forward for simple job where in they can also feel that they are in touch with their job.

If I have commented anything wrong kindly forgive me.
