Yes the payment is late but we communicate with HBTs before hand regarding payment date we don't keep them in dark, if they are comfortable then only I proceed further.
We do have Psychiatric accounts and our Inhouse staffs are quite stable and reliable.
HBTs takes time to join and we cant fully rely upon them as we don't have any strict norms for them HBTs join and leave anytime as per their wish so our in house staffs play very important role in this.
HBTs too make good money and many HBTs who currently work with us draws very handsome salary and it is more than in-house staffs. We cant hide this factor.
Even employer has to run a Company and in this we are not such type of company that we only suck the blood of with straw of staffs. We try our best to give them comfort as much as we can.
We do have unit at Mira road, whatever the staffs has given the information. I dont have any issue. Many of them are happy with us only rare could not cope up with us but it doesn't mean that they are bad or we are bad. They also want to survive and Company also wants to survive in all situations.
I can only say that employers every time are not bad and employees every time are not right, mutually both grow, they both should understand each others benefit.
I also agree as our Mira Road unit staffs left the job due to late salary as they have their own commitments and all knows how is the life style of Mumbai. Mumbai runs on earnings and any delay in salary can create issue for their commitments for installments.
Nashik unit staffs including myself still work with Blue Matrix and we are very happy with Company and also Company is happy with us.
Employees of Mira Road units are very excellent. I really appreciate them. Blue Matrix is very lucky to get such type of employees but due to some or other reason they have left we don't have any issue because they have explained me the reason for leaving the job. I communicate with them now also and they speak well with me, whatever the bitterness is only of very negligible point but I can say that our company is very professional.
