Hi Varsha,
I liked the good news and I liked the sound of Rs. 60K. I rolled it my mouth and it sounded better than saying 0.70 per line/1.00 per line for doing 1500+lines per day or 25000 lines plus per month.
This is presumably on a monthly basis. Sounds real good.
Is there any editing or is it only transcribing? What type of account? Audio quality? Fixed number of lines?
I hope you do not mind my asking these questions but you will understand the cynicism displayed in this forum as most employers are still stuck in the Stone Age and simply refuse to answer questions especially related to work ethics, partiality, payroll issues, office politics, etc. They simply vanish, (Bandi, Spetrawhizz, Avontix Solutions Ltd etc. to name a few) and then crop up again with fresh postings without clarification. You cannot gag thinking people and expect them to work like donkeys. If doubts are there then naturally people speak up.
I believe my comments are reasonable and hope you respond in the same spirit. I am sure that your response could do good in attracting potential employees.
P.S. Don't just say, "We will not entertain any queries on this forum. All replies will be responded to via email." Which shows you cannot take on forum members' challenges/questions and refuse to reply. The old fashioned way of laying your cards on the table would work fine. It will show you have nothing to hide.
